Bev Foster -   EAL Facilitator and Owner of Connecting Moments.  I have been around horses all my life and just love how they can teach us so much about ourselves. Co-Founder/Owner of Omaha Bay Vineyard, married with two daughters, I have lived and worked in Matakana for the past 15 years.












Inky "Coloured Ink" is a 151cm pinto mare. Born in 2001.  Inky has had two foals.  She is a very trusted and kind mare.  Over the years Inky has been very competitive in all disciplines including Western, Dressage, Show Jumping and Show Hunter,  she has taught numerous children and adults to ride.  Inky is a great team member and also our Head Teacher at Connecting Moments.





Co-Cheze is a 147cm pinto Gelding, born in 2000.  Co-Cheze has been with us for 8 years, he has a big personality, and an excellent nature.  He was a serving Stallion until he was 8 years old and has sired many top show jumping ponies over the years.  Enjoying his retirement from competition now he is an excellent EAL teacher and important member of our team.

Lia  is a 14.1hh grey mare, she is 23 years old.  Wise and gently, Lia is the 
most beatuiful, gently loving horse.  She loves being groomed and will stand for hours while you brush her.  Lia's calm attitude makes her a fantastic teacher, showing you how to care for and love horses.  She is a sweet old mare who loves being around people and will always do what
​she is asked.
